ASM Epsilon 2000 Immediate need

Hi Fred,

Hope all is well with you. I am looking for a ASM Epsilon 2000 EPI reactor for my customer’s expansion need. They are targeting a 8” working system but also consider units with only minor errors or similar model as alternative.

(4) Units DNS / DAINIPPON WS-820C and WS-820L

Our supplier is releasing 2 Units DNS / DAINIPPON WS-820C and 2 units DNS / DAINIPPON WS-820L for sale. They are asking only $68k per unit, and would consider reasonable offers for the lot of 4 units.  These units were taken our of a fab and are currently in storage.  Please review the photos taken by our CAE Inspection Team.
