E is planning to purchase a single RUDOLPH / AUGUST/NSX 95 inspection system, and we want to secure it within the next 7 days. We have a budget approved and order in hand. We would prefer a machine that is in good condition, has been well maintained, and is either still installed and demonstrable, or has been recently deinstalled and remains complete, but all options would be considered.
We are required to verify the configuration before we place our final offer. They are currently running a NSX 95 with laser point sensor LT9 for bump height measurement, wafer tooling for 100-200mm, and software version 5.x.x - 7.x.x. They expect similar configuration but would assess all posibilities.
