To Fred, For SALE WORKING and COMPLETE ASM Eagle 60 Bonder (Total 4 sets for less than 40K).

I am writing because we have discussed about ASM Eagle 60 Bonder before.

And I am working with an end user supplier to sell their currently online and confirmed working condition ASM Eagle 60 Bonder.

This unit has been taken care by service contract in a very good working condition.

The seller is planning to get this unit off the book in two weeks so they can have new equipment coming in.

BALZERS BA 510 rare release
