This AIX Crius MOCVD system is available for $19,000 right now, no lead time.  The current owner purchased directly from the OEM as R&D system, this machine is considered a parts machine due to the reactor chamber not being included.

The system currently sits inside of 3 large crates and this packaging was also completed by the OEM to insure safae storage.
