AIXTRON Crius I MOCVD system, parts system

This machine was purchased with the intent to upgrade to high temp reactor chamber, the core system is for sale now without the chamber because my supplier never purchased this upgrade.   This machine was sent to my supplier in the crates they sit in today, it was never opened and direct from OEM factory.

Asking price for as-is condition, in the crates: $18,000

  I am working with a company that is looking for ACT and MARK series systems and parts.  Do you have any systems or parts that you can sell at this time?  We have interest in ACT 8, ACT 12, MARK 7, and MARK 8 equipment. We will purchase under AS IS-WHERE IS terms, do prepayment, and pay all additional costs for removal, packing, and shipping.
