EVG / EV GROUP 620 purchase request, budget available

 We are working with a customer who has above market budget available to buy back an EVG / EV GROUP 620 mask aligner by the end of Q2.

They need to replicate their existing system and buy back a 6” top and bottom side aligner with BSA and IR option included.

Their engineers have forwarded the main technical questions they need to evaluate to proceed with the purchase:

Vintage?
Missing parts list? 
What is the exposure power?

BALZERS BA 510 rare release

Good day, how are you? I am working with a client who is looking to release a BALZERS/BA 510 this quarter. I understand you were once intereted in similar model so I want to check if this is something you would consider buying.
