One is currently in the market for a Hitachi S-9300 CD-SEM on behalf of a client. We are targeting a complete system in working condition that is configured for 8” wafers and has at least (2) loading ports, however we’ll consider all available options. Our client’s budget is tied to the end of this quarter therefore we’d like to conclude the purchase by the end of next week.
