Our supplier is releasing 2 PLASMA ETCH PE-100 systems for sale. One is for plasma etch and the other is for RIE.
Both PE-100 systems are expected to be in running condition with their original Edwards pumps. All components have less than 15 hours runtime. They sat in the cleanroom for 10 years unused after being installed and validated. No PC is included.
