I’m in need of an APPLIED MATERIALS Centura 5200 MXP+ Oxide etcher (4 chambers) min for 6” / 150mm wafers. This need is for a complete unit and the buyer can move on a tool if the price is reasonable. If you have a unit you are looking to sell please provide detail photos, the tool configuration and price. Again they has approved fund and can move quickly for the right tool and price
