Do you remember the ULVAC EI-5 E-Beam evaporator, 4" that i showed you about 2 weeks ago? We had a client who is interested on this unit but they eventually have an issue on the payment term so this unit is opened to the market again.
Again, the system is still installed and running on the production line. The owner is upgrading their system and is looking to remove this system asap. It has 6 crucibles and 3 planetary disks of 4".
