We have the below GSI LUMONICS SigmaClean 300 Wafer Marker available. The supplier confirmed the tool is complete and operation and is looking to sell this at the $365K price level. We have also confirmed that is only 300mm Sigma clean available out in the market currently and the supplier is in talks with at least two end-user buyers. This tool has ultra-stable Sigma 100 diode YLF Laser with softmark capability and a standard spot size of 50um
