Hope this email finds you well. I wanted to reach out as I am working with a client who is currently looking to purchase a AIXTRON/AIX 2800 G4 HT with their Q3 budget approval. They want to expand their product line to increase their production and would like to make a purchase before end of Q3.
Their preferred configuration is:
GaN MOCVD System EpiTT Second wave length: 405 nm Source: TMGa-1, TMGa-2, TMAl-1, Cp2Mg-1, Cp2Mg-2, TMIn-1, TMIn-2, TEGa-1 Thermal baths: (5) RM 6S (2) RM 25S
They could also consider similar sub-models as well but their budget would vary. If you have such a system my client would also like to know.
What is the work condition or any missing parts?
