I wanted to get in touch with your department again to find out whether you are planning to retire and resell any of your etchers in the following period.
A customer I am working with has gotten approval to add an additional Centura 5200 to use in their increasing production that they are about to face from Q3. Their preferred system is an 8” HDP CVD system with SNNF wafer shape and at least two HDP Ultima process chambers. The loadlock should have a narrow body with auto rotation, cassette type 8”. They’ve also forwarded a few technical questions they need to review before finalizing their decision:
How many chambers and what is their configuration?
Are pumps included? What are the makes/models of the pumps?
Process currently used?
Does it have the hard drive?
Gas configuration?
