I wanted to follow up with you and ask if you are planning to release any of your 8" TEL / TOKYO ELECTRON Mark V units in the following period.
A customer I am working with is currently looking for options for their next system that they can add directly to their production. Their engineers confirmed that they mainly need an open cassette 2C1D machine with IDI and RRC pumps included, but other configurations would be also evaluated. It is a must to have the unit's track config and the processes it was used for.
They signaled that their funding has been approved, and that payment can be released by the end of the month.
Please also confirm the following:
Does it have a chemical cabinet?
Is it single or dual block?
Vintage?
