DISCO DAD 3240

 We have an available DISCO DAD 3240 Dicing saw coming from an end-user. The unit was just removed from production and is in working condition and is a 2018 unit.

 

The supplier is looking for a quick turnaround and would like this sold this month and is asking $97,500.00 for the system.

  Our User supplier is releasing a PLASMA ETCH PE-100. Please see relevant information below, the PC is not included Is the system in running condition, with a pump? There is no pump with this tool. The PE100 was in working condition when decommissioned. We'll try to hook up a pump and test the unit still works and advise in a day or so. How many kHz?
