s looking to purchase Disco DFL 7341 laser dicing saw for a client this month.
They are looking for a SiC type laser saw with SDE 003 or SDE 006 laser type preferably.
Please reach out with detailed photos, laser type and hours, as well as a comment on the tool history and the condition if you have one or more units available.
Also, DFL 7340 or other DFL Laser type saws might be considered as well.
