We are currently looking for an EVG 610 mask aligner. The unit needs to have both top and bottom side alignment.and the power, intensity, dose, and time exposure modes. We want the microscope to be split view. Please let me know if you have a system for us to consider.
Also, if you have any other equipment for sale, please advise.
