We’ve recently received an enquiry about Karl Suss SB8e. Our Buyer is looking to purchase by the end of August because their budget is going to expire. They would really prefer a system configured for thermos compression process but they would be able to use bonders configured for other processes as well. Their target substrate size is a unit configured for 8”.
