I am contacting you because I am helping my client to look for HITACHIS-9380 that they have budget approved for Q3 production expansion.
They need the complete tool of CD Scanning Electron Microscope (CD-SEM) for wafer size 8" - 12", Process - Metrology, Resolution: 2.0nm; or any similar configuration ones could be also considered.
If you have such tool available, please provide the asset state, condition, completeness, configurations and photos for my client review.
