I would like to know if you have a VARIAN M2000 PVD system available for sale for our end user customer. Our customer is looking for one for their expansion before the end of 2022. They are looking for a 8” VARIAN PVD system using TiN process with 4 chambers and including 208V dry pumps and can consider wide range of configurations as they run these already at their facility.
