One of my clients is looking to purchase 6" TEL / TOKYO ELECTRON/MARK Vz for expanding their capacity.
The best option is 2C/2D operational unit without any missing parts, however, since they already run few of these in their fab, they can consider other options or part systems as a back-up unit.
If you have one (or similar) unit available for sale, please get back to us with tool configuration (such as track config, what process was it used for...) with photos.
Since my client still has budget left for this year, they can make immediate offer within few days after reviewing the tool.
