We have a need for a CANON/FPA 3000 i4 i-Line Stepper for one of our clients who just missed out on the unit we sold recently. They did not get their budget approved in time, but not they secured budget to purchase one unit right away.
They are looking for a complete unit set up for 8" wafer with 6" reticle, and prefer to have the lens data, configuration on the unit to review before purchasing, but they are open to review part tools or different configuration unit for back-up.
