Hope this email finds you well. I wanted to reach out as I am working with a client who is currently looking to purchase a KLA / TENCOR/5200 with for their expansion project.
Their preferred configuration is:
Overlay inspection system, 6-8", With panels, Fully automated, Coherence Probe Microscopy (CPM) Technology, Grainy targets
They could also consider similar models as well but their budget would vary. If you have such a system my client would also like to know.
