We're looking for 200mm Hitachi S-9260 CD-SEM system urgently.

Standalone system and completed working tool is best option for us, however, we can also review other condition.

We're looking to finalize the purchase within this month and can pay very quick.

  Our User supplier is releasing a PLASMA ETCH PE-100. Please see relevant information below, the PC is not included Is the system in running condition, with a pump? There is no pump with this tool.
