Good day! I'm reaching out to see if you have any surplus of VARIAN VIISion 80 ion implanter. One of my clients is looking for an 8" complete unit with all the controllers and power supplies included for their coming project, it is approved in their Q4 budget. Systems with a few missing parts can also be considered but please specify what are missing.
