In Need Of TEL ACT 8 2C2D Before Year End

I have contacted you last month regarding the TEL ACT 8 Photoresist System and here I am reaching out to you again if you have one available.

My client is still in search of one and needs to spend their remaining budget for 2022, which is only 2 weeks from now.

As mentioned before, their target configuration is an 8”, 2C2D, single block, open cassette and R-type complete system.

However, we were told they can consider similar configuration, like 1C3D, 3C1D since their engineers can retrofit the system to the config they need.

So if you have any such systems available, please provide the configuration, in specific, chemical cabinet, main controller type, block diagram and photos.

We will review all data once received and get back to you very soon with a strong offer within 24 hours.

Our User supplier is releasing a PLASMA ETCH PE-100. Please see relevant information below, the PC is not included Is the system in running condition, with a pump? There is no pump with this tool. The PE100 was in working condition when decommissioned. We'll try to hook up a pump and test the unit still works and advise in a day or so. How many kHz?
