Purchasing Plan for EVG / EV GROUP 620

My client just told me that he needs to purchase a working condition EVG / EV GROUP/620 for his fab new project with approved budget before year-end.

Please let me know if you got any meet these requirements or have any similar ones : 2"-6",  Contact mode (Vacuum, hard, soft) or proximity mode, Wafers at 320 nm,~ 405 nm. Please share some photos and more configs, we can make a firm offer after viewing them.

  I am working with a company that is looking for ACT and MARK series systems and parts.  Do you have any systems or parts that you can sell at this time?  We have interest in ACT 8, ACT 12, MARK 7, and MARK 8 equipment. We will purchase under AS IS-WHERE IS terms, do prepayment, and pay all additional costs for removal, packing, and shipping.
