My client just told me that he is looking for a working condition TEL / TOKYO ELECTRON/P-8XL for to replace his down tool emergently and he could purchase it AS-IS within a week.
Please let me know if you have one meet the following congfigs or any similar ones: auto wafer prober with VIP3 options, 8” Gold Chuck, Hot Chuck 50C-150 ℃.
