We are looking for a HITACHI/S-9220 for client's new project with approved budget for Q1, we could place the order asap so that we could catch the upcoming schedule.
8" wafer size working condition unit with Open cassette and 0.1 to 2.0um CD measure range would be best option, but we are open to view other similar systems including parts systems as well.
