Looking for - TEL / TOKYO ELECTRON MARK

I have a client how is urgently looking for a TEL MARK V for their expansion project. They have a spillover budget from 2022, but it will expire this month, that is why they would like to make a fast transaction. They need a complete dual block system, and with an open cassette, however, due to their urgent timeline, they will consider all complete configurations.

  Our User supplier is releasing a PLASMA ETCH PE-100. Please see relevant information below, the PC is not included Is the system in running condition, with a pump? There is no pump with this tool.
