Novellus Vector Express PECVD system

My buyer is looking to purchase a Novellus Vector Express PECVD system 12" in the near future. They have a budget approved and want to install the tool by Q1, latest by Q2 this year.  
Is there any chance that you’re looking to sell a tool like this currently?  
They would like a working system in good condition with no missing parts.

  Our User supplier is releasing a PLASMA ETCH PE-100. Please see relevant information below, the PC is not included Is the system in running condition, with a pump? There is no pump with this tool. The PE100 was in working condition when decommissioned. We'll try to hook up a pump and test the unit still works and advise in a day or so. How many kHz?
