I am working with a customer who needs a AMAT Endura 5500 PVD system for their upcoming project. They have a premium budget can provide an above market offer.
A complete system for 8" with 4 chambers (two TiN, one degas and one preclean), NBLL, HP robot and all power supplies included are the best. They are also willing to review part system for spare use.
