URGENT PURCHASE - CANON FPA 3000 i4

 My current buyer looking for a totally operational 6" CANON FPA 3000 i4 i-Line stepper with standard robot wafer handler and 5:1 magnification. They'll consider every complete tool because of their capex month-end budget. They need in-house the tool by the end of Q1 and finish the paperwork as soon as possible, but latest by the end of February.
