 Buyer scope work: buyer is responsible for shipment, for clearing the equipment, for export and shall pay all transportation, export, customs and insurance costs.

 Seller scope work: seller is responsible for decontamination, deinstallation, move from fab to fab and crating.

3. Schedule：

 Offer and contract: Now to June.

 Last wafer out: Nov 15th, 2023.

 Deinstallation & move out end: March 2024

4. Buyer shall follow U.S. Department of Commerce requirements.
