氧化鋅鋁（AZO）透明導電薄膜具有電阻率低、可見光區域透過率高，紅外區反射率高以及紫外吸收率高等優點，可廣泛應用於薄膜太陽能光伏發電玻璃，智能玻璃，節能玻璃，建築玻璃等低輻射Low-E玻璃，光伏電池及部分等離子顯示器件等光電子領域

產品在Wt% ZnO:Al₂O₃ 98:2配比下密度密度（g/㎤）≥5.57，電阻率(Ohm.cm)<8×10—4Ω·cm表面光潔度Ra0.8
